The joe.to community is migrating from vent to mumble!

How to get Mumble
Visit the Mumble website here. Click the STABLE link for your operating system. Install it like you'd install any other program.

Setting up Mumble for joe.to
1) Run Mumble.

2) Go through the audio wizard, get yourself set up.

3) In the certificate wizard, make sure you save the certificate. I recommend emailing it to yourself for easy access. You'll need this certificate if you want to log in to your j2 mumble account from another computer/operating system or if you break your install.

4) Open the Server Connect window (click the circle) and go to Add New. Put in the following information:
ServerName: joe.to
Address: mumble.joe.to
Port: 64738
Username: your username! (put your username here)

Save that, and then connect!

5) Click Self, and then click Register. Now you have an account on the server, in case we want to add you to higher access.

6) You're all set! Double click channels to enter them.  :)

Other notes
If you have a super-cool channel idea, there's the temp channels area, and if it's a good and popular idea we could make it a real channel.
If you need administrative access, talk to a senior admin.
